| 4TH OF JULY UPDATE - We
realized we forgot to specify what to wear to the parade!
If you plan to join the Superstars for the parade, please
wear your studio shirt from this year (black with the teal
baseball jersey "swoosh", comfortable shoes and
any color shorts. ALL SUPERSTARS ARE WELCOME & WE'D LOVE
TO SEE EVERYONE!!! |

| At Superstars Performing Arts,
our students learn skills that develop self-discipline, poise,
the ability to perform in front of large audiences, pride
in accomplishment and an individual style of expression! |
|
| Parents love the small classes
which allow for plenty of attention for their student! Our
viewing windows are always open, and parents are invited to
watch each lesson, if they choose. |
|
| Instructors reinforce each child’s
self-image, respect for others, and teamwork while having
fun! The Superstars love to shine and have many wonderful
opportunities to perform including our recitals in May. We
enforce tasteful, appropriate curriculum, including music
and costuming and strive to showcase the full potential of
each student. |

| Superstars Performing Arts is
a Limited Liability Corporation and is dedicated to service
all youth regardless of ethnicity, religion or income. |

All Competition Team information and team
lists will be posted no later than June 9th. |

If interested in trying out for the competition
teams, please visit our website or see the receptionist
for try-out dates and times. Carlisle will not hold
try-outs. |

The Superstars staff would be more than
happy to begin answering registration and fall schedule
questions beginning the week of May 18th. Your cooperation
is greatly appreciated as the staff is busy preparing
for Recital. |

| We will be holding a 6-week summer
schedule in Carlisle on Tuesday nights from July 7th - August
11th, culminating with a performance at the State Fair on
August 15th. We will not be holding any summer classes at
the Norwalk location due to some repair work, studio enhancements
and so some of our teams can prepare for AAU & Nationals.
We invite students from both locations to take advantage of

| SUMMER MUSIC LESSONS: Beginning
June 22 - Registering for summer music lessons now! |
|
| Our summer music classes will
begin June 22 and will continue through the end of July. The
fee for these classes will be a flat rate of $112.50 for the
6-week course. Summer class time slots are first come, first
served and you must register with Ms. Jackleen to reserve
the time you want. |

| Auditions for the 2009-2010 Team
have already been held. If you missed them, but will still
like to audition, please call the studio and we will set up
a time for you to audition.Try-outs are open to all students
entering 1st -12th grade. Being selected for a competition
team is an honor and a commitment – chances are, not
all students who audition for a team will be selected. We
realize this may be disappointing, but do not let it discourage
you from auditioning again in the future! We base our selections
not only on what is best for the team, but what is best for
each individual student. Team selections are made by the directors
and are subject to change at their discretion. |

placements will be announced by the time of our
first registration on June 10. |
|
| Carlisle Competition
Teams will be open to all those interested and
students will not need to audition. |
