| Sibling Discount -
the first child pays full tuition, each
child after that gets $3 off first class. |

| Emergency
Contact Sheet - In case of an emergency
and the parent cannot be reached we need
another person(s) to contact for your child.
In case of a medical emergency the person
should live in or close by the Norwalk community. |

to qualifying children in Norwalk to help

& Release Form 2007-2008 - You may
print and fill out the required registration
and release forms. You can mail, fax, or
drop off the completed forms directly to
us at the School. |
