HALLOWEEN COSTUMES

Students may wear their Halloween costumes to the studio Oct. 29th – Nov. 2nd if they like.  We will be celebrating Halloween at the studio October 30 and classes will be held. Please remember we will be holding regular classes so the children should be able to move in their costumes.   We would LOVE to see some of the parents in costume, also!

DON’T FORGET TO CALL

THE STUDIO . . .

if your student is ill or will not be in class.  This is important for the teachers in order to keep accurate attendance records.  We care about your children and we worry when someone misses class and the studio hasn’t been notified in advance.

A Note From The Director...

Thank you for sharing your precious children with us this year.  Our staff works here because we love children and teaching.  Most of us have full-time jobs away from the studio and consider it a privilege to spend time with your children.  There is nothing more rewarding than seeing them smile and hearing them giggle when they master something new!  WE LOVE THEM ALL!

PICTURE DAY

Recital pictures will be taken April 12th in Norwalk and April 19th in Carlisle.

PLEASE mark your calendar!

REMINDERS!!!

October 1st recital fee will automatically be deducted from auto withdrawal and charge accounts. Please check your credit card or checking accounts for the October withdrawal. Let us know if you see any problems.

December 1st- costume balances need to be paid. Please make out a separate check and note on it that it’s for costumes and for which child.

                                             DANCE SHOES

We can order quality dance shoes for you at a much lower cost than specialty dance shops.  Please see the receptionist if you are in need of dance shoes.

DANCE ATTIRE For the safety of your child, we enforce appropriate dance attire.

TUMBLING students must wear leotards or biketards.  We cannot risk having them hang themselves on equipment. All students need to have their hair pulled up and away from the eyes.  An unobstructed view is imperative for the safety of the athlete.

DANCERS/TWIRLERS:  nothing baggy allowed. We require stretchy, close-fitting clothing. We recommend Lycra or spandex and prefer leotards, biketards, or sport bra tops, dance tops and dance pants.  You choose the color and/or print.  We realize our students come in all shapes and sizes and want them to feel comfortable dancing & twirling.  If they chose to wear a t-shirt, please tuck it in or tie it so it’s not loose. NO BAGGY CLOTHING OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED.
